No. Sends, moves and deletes are gated behind an approval step — the agent drafts, you approve, then it sends.
Can Velaris read shared or delegated Outlook mailboxes?
If your account already has delegate access, agents can search and read those mailboxes. Velaris never sees more than the permissions Outlook itself grants you.
