Microsoft Teams
With Teams connected, agents can read channel and chat history, summarize what you missed overnight, draft messages and post updates where your team already works. Posting goes through you first, and a new message can trigger a Velaris workflow.

Microsoft Teams + Velaris — common questions
Does the Teams connector need admin consent?
In most tenants, yes — Teams Graph scopes are admin-consented, so IT approves the Velaris app once and individual users connect after that.
Can agents read private chats as well as channels?
Only the chats and channels your own account can already open. Velaris acts with your permissions and never above them.
Can Velaris post into Teams from another tool?
Yes — a workflow can take a Gmail thread, a Linear issue or a generated report and post the summary into a channel for you to approve.
