Can a Velaris agent send money via PayPal?
No, and it is not a setting you can switch on. Agents read PayPal activity and prepare summaries; sending, refunding or withdrawing funds is something you do yourself.
Can agents handle PayPal disputes for me?
They can pull the dispute, the order behind it and the customer's history, then draft your response. Submitting it to PayPal remains your decision.
What permissions will the integration ask for?
Read scopes for transactions, balances and disputes. Velaris deliberately does not request payout or payment-execution scopes, so the capability is not there to misuse.
