Google Sheets

With Google Sheets connected, agents can read ranges, analyze what's in them, append rows and update cells — so enrichment, reporting and cleanup happen in the sheet your team already opens every morning. Writes are reviewed before they hit the grid.

What your agents can do with Google Sheets

  • Read ranges and named sheets
  • Append rows from other tools
  • Update cells and formulas (with approval)
  • Summarize sheet data into reports

Popular ways to use it

Google Sheets + Velaris — common questions

Can an agent write back to my sheet?

Yes — it appends rows and updates specific cells. The proposed write is shown to you first, and no range is overwritten without approval.

Will an agent break my formulas?

Agents write values only into the ranges you scope them to, and everything else recalculates as normal. Cells outside that scope are never touched.

How large a spreadsheet can an agent handle?

It reads by range instead of loading the whole file, so big sheets are fine as long as you point the agent at the columns that matter.
